How can this possibly happen ?
The Guild of New Evolution has come about through a group of individuals, companies and institutions. We realised that having a common goal and a desire to change the way construction is done, HAS to be a priority for us to care for the Earth and all of its residents.
Our initial focus is on mass social housing.
The world needs to construct an astonishing 35 million homes each year, until at least the year 2030.. that fact alone is a massive target and one which we have no way of achieving using existing methods of construction, so a change has to happen and the GUILD is all about helping to make that CHANGE happen.
Industry Focus
Modern Methods of Construction MMC is the way forward, but what systems should be adopted and how can they be adopted or extended to bridge at least some of the shortfall in housing ?
This is no simple answer to make on a global scale, as each region and area of the world will need a differing method, and so the GUILD is set to discuss, investigate, trial and find better ways that we can provide for the world, and at the same, time taking care of the Earth and everything upon it.
Diverse Founding Members
Amongst our founding members, but not exclusively, we are proud to include Emmedue M2 for their 40 years of providing a construction system that uses up to 60% less steel, 40% less concrete and utilises a tried and proven method for fast, high quality construction that can enable people rather than destroy and rape the very earth that we stand upon.
We also introduce MODULEX, a pioneering international factory based modular construction company that uses PODS and 2D .. 3D volumetric systems to make for less cost, better quality, lower carbon, lower cost mass construction systems to prove that MMC and Modular is the way forward.
New Evolution and Jadco Building Materials are founding members of the team. Originating in Dubai, under Anglo-Italian owners, they started as a design and build remodelling company, but have now diversified into a real estate development, construction and a building materials supplier to the Middle East, UK, Ireland and Australia.
The Guild will continue to seek new active members in our pursuit for methods of construction to prove lower cost, better quality and en-mass construction to house the millions that aspire to having a secure home to live in for themselves and their families..
The challenge is a big one, but collectively and with the will, technology and methodology that we have adopted, we will make a dent in the numbers and provide homes at mass scale in a socially and environmentally correct manner.
